Since 1932, as a leading firm in corporate meeting production, McCune has developed the formula to pain free AV management. We’ve done shows of all sizes and what we’ve learned is that a meeting for 50 people requires the same attention to detail that one for 5000 does. We understand that the technical jargon of AV makes the process of planning your meetings and events difficult.
We’re your strategic partner in planning and executing your AV. As a stakeholder in your meeting’s success, you don’t want to leave the presentation up to chance. We work hard to stay ahead of the newest and latest trends in audio visual. By doing this, we can bring fresh ideas and new ways to solve old problems to each event that we assist with. We believe in asking “why” and sometimes that simple question can lead us to solutions that fit within a budget and yet create the desired attendee experience.
Every event has specific priorities and goals in mind. We want to earn your business by focusing on those priorities and goals. We’ll keep you informed, but will also relieve you of the day to day minutia of staging the technology for the event. While you and your team focus on the larger event, we’ll be in the trenches making sure that everything is done as envisioned and planned. Don’t settle for the “In-House” treatment, start your meeting off on the right foot and call McCune today, get your production on schedule and on budget.

And because the music scene in San Francisco grew around that, my father my grandfather was more the inventor, the builder was more the sound engineer, the mixer. He was the first guy to actually tour with a sound system with Herb Albert & The Tijuana Brass Band back in ’66. Before that, nobody traveled with any equipment…”
